VW Cosmetics Return & Refund Policy


At VW Cosmetic, we want you to love your glow. However, due to the personal nature of our skincare and cosmetic products, we must maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure the safety of all our customers.


Return Window
We accept returns within 20 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original golden packaging with all seals intact.

 Hygiene & Safety Restrictions

For the safety of our community, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:
* Items that have been opened or had the safety seal broken.
* Makeup products that show signs of use (swatches, application).
* Individual items from a "Bundle" or "Set" (the entire set must be returned).


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at VWcomestic@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.


How to Start a Return

 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged.
* Recommendation: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
